Edo De Laurentiis assures Napoli fans that rumours of Gonzalo Higuain to Juventus are “a hoax”.

There are multiple reports that last season’s capocannoniere has agreed terms with the Bianconeri, who would even be willing to pay his €94m release clause.

That may be necessary, as President Aurelio De Laurentiis is believed to be set against the transfer, and his son believes the deal won’t happen.

“It’s just a hoax, you mustn’t believe everything,” De Laurentiis jr told fans, as reported by TuttoNapoli.
