This summer it looks like things are starting to move into the new era for Arsenal where they become a major financial power and are actually prepared to spend some of that money.

Always remember that teams like Arsenal and Bayern have similar projects to what Juve are doing, but they started them many years earlier and so are getting the benefits while Juve are still building.

It's just the same as how Juve are years ahead of the other Italian teams who are looking to build their own stadium, so Juve will be in a very strong financial position as those other Italian sides just begin to see the benefits of their projects.

If Juve don't think Higuain is worth more than what they are offering, they shouldn't raise the offer - that's not to say they couldn't match Arsenal's reported offer if they really wanted to.

I think Juve's reported valuation of Higuain (both in terms of fee and wages) is pretty fair, but I don't rate Higuain as highly as many here seem to, nor am I convinced of how well he'd fit in the Juve team.
