Things not looking good for Higuain. He moves to last in my list of possible striker transfers:

1) Jovetic 2) Tevez 3) Higuain

Considering how viola is wanting to wait all summer for a better offer, or keep him (unless they are serious about gomez, but doubt it)
Unless Tevez rewrites history and accepts to cut his wages by 2/3th

Higuain is by far the most reasonable, unless you believe bullshit brittish media

Will be very disappointed to lose Higuain to Arsenal of all teams! Don't believe that we don't have the money to buy him but that we are unwilling to, £20m in instalments is a $#@!ty offer we could easily pay that upfront.

If we fail to sign Higuain then I would only be happy with Gomez or Hernandez both are possible especially Gomez and are far far better options than Tevez IMO.[/QUOTE]

lol, Gomez, Hernandez and Tevez - when will we realise that such things just won't happen in the current climate?

We could get Gomez if we want to, but since he wouldnt co-exist with llorente, it would be a waste, as we need a partner in the attack for him

chichi wont consider us over trying to break into man utd again

Tevez could come to serie a, if we spread his wages over the top6

Arsenal will beat us to Higuain. They've injected a lot of cash into their transfer kitty this summer, they'll make a record bid for Higuain and be able to pay it off in one shot and offer Higuain on par/better wages than us.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind losing out on Higuain if one of Jovetic or Tevez comes. Both would suit our team so much more.

exactly. i am lowering my expectations to align with reality. there probably won't be a big signing again. however, i am pretty happy with vuci-llorente. it has promise

 easy to say when we're not going for him. We can't get him. His wages alone would mean no, and that's not even looking at the transfer fee.

Lets face it, we can no longer box with the heavyweights.

Actually Higuain would suit it much more, as he is is the best of all 3 cause of his clinical finishing

his age. a reason for you to dismiss him without referring to his blacksmith skin
If thats true sir, then why did i first say i'd like him here, before i realised he wasent 22, but 28 years old ?

Look it up, its all there.

Or isnt that convenient for you ?
