This somehow reminds of Guarin saga where his agent supposedly said to O'globo that "he'll only leave for Juve", everyone was quoting them as a source except O'globo themselves who didn't have anything about it.

I mean, if nothing in this Juve is similar to what it used to be in the past, then change the club's approach and start investing on young and unknown players hoping for a new Del Piero. I can't understand buying the likes of Anelka and Bendtner (perhaps it was understandable two seasons ago but not now), giving them money generously only to have them sit on the bench without any hopes of them developing into better players.
