Bad news guys. Just read on TJ: Pelligrini is thinking about Higuain at City. Juve may step aside in order to get a discount and preference over Milan in the Tevez race if that's the case.

Seems plausible. And honestly, it would be a really bad idea to let Tevez go to Milan, because he looks like the only top player Marrotta is capable of signing, and 'closest' to our terms. Milan are kick starting negotiations with Santos for Robinho, to raise cash for the Tevez bid on Monday, as reported on FI.

There could be a sliver of truth in that Di Marzio report of Higuain preferring Juve.

I think Higuain knows that Juve is the best destination for him, with encouragement from the people who I believe have his ear. Maradona tells him he would be Capocannoniere if he comes to us. Veron has been saying we'd win the scudetto multiple times with him. Llorente has already come out on paper saying how he would love to have him at juve (they most likely have talked about it). Capello, the coach who gave him his breakthrough in europe and who rates him very highly, has strongly suggested he go to Juve. Llorente, Vidal & Caceres hopefully have been on the phone with him, getting him to come.

Turin is the perfect environment for him to take his development further by being entrusted to lead the attack. At Real the offence ran through Ronaldo, and Higuain had to provide support for him which he is capable of but not what he is suited for.

In saying that, it does'nt really matter who he has been talking to. At the end of they day, Money talks loudest.

Everything is in Beppe's hands now, which does'nt instill much confidence in most here, as its somewhat similar to placing a bottle of Armand de Brignac in the hands of a retard.

Agnelli meeting Perez is a big indicator that he will come to Juve, and Marotta made it clear that Madrid want to get their own house in order first.

relax, Pipita is coming home.

Yeah, and we haven't heard any of those "Higuain is a great player, but he is out of our price range" sort of interviews with Beppe yet. I think it's clear we have agreed to terms with him, and were just waiting for Carletto or whoever else they are after to sign on as coach.

Both marca and AS are quoting that guardian article which had zero quotes.
I have seen zero quotes to suggest that higuain-arsenal transfer is on the move.
