if you guys liked DMC or ninja gaiden games check out Bayonetta. It's one of the best action games ever made. And I mean ever. total fun hardcore game and over the top humor and action. IF you can pick up the xbox 360 version as it is superior to the ps3 and but the ps3 is fine too.

Yeah 60 hours of one straight line for a map, no backtracking, no towns, no sidequests, gimped because Microsoft threw a bunch of money at Square Enix to make the game multiplatform.
I'm not even going to bother on this one.

so I beat past were i was stuck. then a few levels later they put 2 boos fights back to back. ok so first boss fight lasts eleven fucking minutes, because the mother fucker has a health bar of a billion points and i only have 2 charatces (no full party) and i have 2 have one character swithc after every 10 seconds to a medic so i don't die.
then after this shit is over they thorw another fucking boss fights where your goal is not to kill the other charatcer, but to capture him by using chain hits before the timer runs out (as in all your party, in this case all mighty 2 of us, have to attack him cotinusly until chain guage bar is full) well the fucking problem is that the mother fucker can hit you with up to 4 strikers in one attack while you wait for your attack bar to fill up, which means you hsve to have one character set as a medic to heal me, which means i can't focus on attacking him full power.
fuck this shit. I hate how you can never have a full party ti fight enemeis so even regular fights last ages ti finish, and i hate how it's not even a full action rpg and how fuckign linear it is. either make a real action rpg or don't. none of this half hearted shit. the only reason i went so far is because the story hooked me. funny enough the main heroine, lightning is huuuuuuuuge stuck up bitch.
honestly it's too bad because the graphics, the art, music, and story is great. the in game graphics is jaw dropping good and rivals some rendered movies from other games
i'm going to return it and get either heavy rain or yakuza 3
