Thankfully the conditions had eased off by the time Antonio Conte led his men on to the training ground, where they worked on deliveries into the box and shooting drills, before rounding the session off with a small-sided game played on a reduced pitch.
The Bianconeri, still minus those on international duty, will regroup for their second training session at 4pm.
