I was reading the comments on goal.com for that article and I couldn't help but notice that somebody under the name "Gui Le Mani" said that there's an appeal on its way to the European courts in an attempt to get 250 million euros and the two scudetti back. Did "Gui Le Mani dalla Juve" actually take action?

Im sick of still hearing about Calciopoli when we are the only club to pay a real penalty & continue to do so even today. I don't want to get into a massive arguement about last summers events, but fans of other clubs continually remind us of it. You never hear mention of Totonero these days, & never did when Milan were conquering Europe in the late 80's after being rescued by Berlusconi. Innocent?!?! In what way have juventus ever been innocent? Juve has run Serie A like a mob for decades. Sure, that's part of the fabric of Italian culture, and there have been plenty willing to help, but that does not excuse the blatant disregard for sporting decency shown by Juventus, for which they were rightly punished. That is not to say that the punishment was fair in comparison to other relevant disciplinary actions, but still appropriate to the magnitude of the transgression. If you are willing to "fight to your last breath protecting", the name of a club that has a tradition of intimidation, cheating, and lying; then you may be a true Juve fan, but what of it?
