At least this means that release clause will become irrelevant given that he'll turn 28 next season and he's most likely to close out his career at a high level at JJ

But this also pretty much means we're more or less out of scudetto contention

Nah come on. Did you watch last night? The team will go from strength to strength. Losing our best player is a huge blow, but we are able to rally and work hard to make up the difference.

True but I'm saying it might not be enough. The win was great, the mentality was amazing but boy, losing Bremer for the whole season is devastating.

Hopefully he can overcome it and will be back in shape by the start of next season, doubt we’ll see him featuring again this season, nor at the clubs world cup in the summer, we are literally dealing with one of the worst case scenarios here.

We were all over the place defensively and were lucky that Leipzig were very wasteful.
This isn't untrue, but I think the big individual performances were there from the CBs. The structural integrity of our defensive setup is part of what will get better with time, and I'm confident that if they can both stay fit Gatti and Kalulu will be solid. There is also the option of organising the team to bolster ourselves at the back through team selection and tactics.

I still see us as scudetto contenders although of course losing Bremer is huge. Man is the best player in our squad.

I am not able to enjoy our win because of this news

This could change our season completely. I hope the team continues to be in good spirits.

With Bremer, we lose leadership on the pitch as well so time for some of our experienced players to step up big time.

The fan that was jinxing around Bremer as being the most dominant defender of the past 20years in Juve is now to me what Badass is to the forum, i will evaluate his posts with great attention from here on lol

Yes @Akshen ,it is you that i am referring to! You did this!!!!

Feels like the ultimate comedown. I agree on the waving bye to any scudetto hopes, just too many games to survive on such little resource and experience at the back.

This absolutely ruined the win for me... Not having a destroyer in the team may be problematic for Motta. Kalulu can do the job I think but nobody can match Bremer's ability. I think we should take a look at Beukema from Bologna in the winter mercato.
