thats not what we were talking about, don't deflect. Neymar looked like shit in the copa and you know it
The wiole Brazilian team looked like shit, in fact so did the Argentenian team and its players for 2 games, that doesn't mean shit, Neymar is a world class Talent at the Age of 19 and all the big team in europe are after him, Rossi was playing in the Coca cola league at the age of 19.
What that does mean ??

Adrian Mutu level. I finally got it.

Best player in Verona and Fiorentina, occasionally used sub and 4th choice striker in the best teams. A player you'd love to have on the bench and you'd gladly pay 15m eur to get him.

Aguero doesn't need to perform well in the copa to point out how good he is, he's already proven. and I said that Neymar is a world class talent not player at the age of 19, and yo didn't respond at the second part, why teams like RM, chelsea, Barca are suposedly ready to offer 45mil for Neymar if he wasn't thta good..??

I was bored so I made a scatter graph of Aguero and G. Rossi goals and appearances in their last 4 seasons. I included goals from all competitions and I got the data from wikipedia. Rossi is a year older but has one less year of experience in La liga in this seasons so I think it's a fair comparison.

I think it's clear from the data that Aguero is the better player but also much more inconsistent. It's interesting that number of appearances and number of goals is negatively correlated for Aguero. He stagnated a bit in seasons 2008/09 and 2009/10 after a good season in 2007/08 but made a comeback this season. Interestingly he never scored as much as Rossi has this year. Rossi is the more consistent player.

Im having trouble believing this deal is happening.

Why did Marotta say Aguero and Sanchez fit our style of play and the rest not so much?

Him and Agnelli have constantly named dropped Aguero and Sanchez and only mentioned Rossi when asked about him.

They also repeately said that they have "clear ideas" of who they want to sign so why would they make this u-turn and go for Rossi?

He probably wanted to sell season tickets.

@ Andreacristiano.
" Interestingly he never scored as much as Rossi has this year."
The Answer to this is that Rossi scored 9 penalties this year.

And i fail to see how is Aguero inconsistent. He score respectively 25, 18, 21, 23 in the last four years in all competitions with ATM. How's that inconsistent ??,
