you know what makes me laugh how on here people say who wanted Rossi just Barca? Like Barca the best club in the world right now is stupid and worthless. They didn't want aguero and it seems neither has Man City now that the bid has seemed to have been a non bid

25m is our offer, Villareal will not accept like they didn't accept Barca's offer. Barca didn't go further, we shouldn't either. Stop hating on the player, he is very good.
No he is not.

He is good, just like Quag, Kanoute, Baptista in La Liga and others of similar profile. But there are many players ahead of him. Rossi should be a valuable leftover for teams like Sevilla and Napoli. Best player of such teams but not a top team player.

Rossi's agent said himself that there were short contacts with Barca but they never came back asking again. All the teams ask about 30-40 players per summer but they make a 2nd contact only for few of them.

Barca never made an offer.

Teams like Napoli which finished second place ahead of Juventus..ya know the team that has Lavezzi who starts over aguero in the national team.. so if Rossi is a leftover on that team aguero is what the water boy?

Teams like Napoli that make a good result once in a decade and fail in Europe miserably. The Juve I want should not aim to be better than Napoli. I want it to aim to be better than United and Barca.

And Argentina's coach realized his mistake pretty soon and started Aguero in the decisive match. That same Aguero is the Coppa topscorer right now. Rossi couldn't even make the WC team for the worst Azzurri ever. :howler:

that's not true Barca made the offer but when villareal said no to their offer they decided against it because they needed some of the funds for the fabergas offer

Give me a link for what you're saying.

If Barca didn't want to pay more than 25m for Rossi in order to save money for Cesc, how come they go as high as 40m for Sanchez then?

Yo AndreaCristiano, why are you pushing so badly for this transfer? Obviously our board wants to buy a superstar and want to spend whatever it takes so if they decide on paying more for Aguero then fine. Its not like they aren't good for it.

So we finally managed to beat the big and richer teams? That's great :weee:

But not true.
The rich teams have no problem paying 20,30,40,50 millions for the best players. They'd have bought Rossi 100 times by now for 25m if they did want him and think he's worth close to that number.
K, we could also play the part of the willfully ignorant and think that virtually no other big team has inquired or shown serious interest in signing Rossi. Following the incredibly flawed logic of this boards majority, he is a shit player who only scored 35 goals and had a two digit assist rate last season. You guys are goddamn incredible.
