Guys born and raised in other countries who did same thing as Rossi did.
Oh, but I don't really care who plays where. If I was a Roma fan or if Marotta wasn't so obsessed with Italian players, I wouldn't care at all where he plays. I just WISH, at least until 31st of August, that Rossi chose the USA instead of Italy. That way we most probably weren't going to be as interested in him as we are atm.

I can't wait till Rossi smacks in 20+ goals this season for us.
If we do sign him and if we do sign him for big money, then nobody here will have another choice but to wish the same thing happens.
If Rossi ends up scoring 10-12 goals or, even more important, if he changes absolutely nothing in the way we play, then telling you "I told you so" will do no good for me.

P.S: Actually, as seen above, there might be some who'd wish him the worst even if we sign him :D
That's silly.

And you think it's silly because I won't support him.
Bah, we had Milan fans and tons of non-Juve fans playing for Juve. It doesn't matter as long as they play their best here.

I don't care if Rossi is a Milan fan, I care even less when he says that he wants to move for a top club and that under "top club" he understands only Barca, Real and United. I couldn't care less when his agent said 2 days ago that Rossi will be thrilled to play for Napoli.
Just don't give me the Juve heart bullshit or other excuses why to sign him.

I'm only interested in what he'll offer on the pitch. If you think he'll give us much more than what we have, then it's ok, it's just an opinion with which I disagree. Just like that I won't give you excuses why I don't want him here. I don't want him solely as a top signing because I doubt he can give us even slightly more than what Quag will give us.

He scored 32 goals last season though. He's a much better player than Quag.

Now I want Aguero all the way but Rossi would be an upgrade.

How big upgrade? That's the problem.

Many average players would be an upgrade to the ones we had last year. But there is a difference between an upgrade that will take you to CL and make you fight for the scudetto, and an upgrade that will result with winning 5th instead of 7th.
I wouldn't care if instead of buying Matri for 18m we went after Rossi and paid 20 million or so. In our situation I just don't see him as enough of an upgrade to buy him for ~25 or more and sacrifice strengthening spots with a very big upgrade to what we had.

I know all of that and I know that he's not good enough to be our new star player because that would be sad for us if he's our marquee player.

Because he supported Milan?
I am tired of waiting for 5 years to challenge for something, after 2 miserable seasons when things finally start to look good with the promised champions BS talk and a decent fond for transfers we end with fucking Rossi?

I wouldn't mind Rossi if we were linked with him from the beginning but when we go after Aguero and decide to get Rossi (who I don't rate much more than Quag) because we want to spare a couple of millions to buy probably another Motta, that's a huge disappointment.

His comments about big clubs and then sucking our cock to get him doesn't help either, and finally guys like AndreaCristiano or whatever his name is make me hate him even more with BS comments.

I'd rather we sign 5 Poulsens than a Rossi for 35m :sergio:
