i dont know if you refer to my formation, but i really think he could make a terrific winger with his pace, skill and technique. with a good enough endproduct tthat justifies the lack of defensive cover he gives compared to bastos or vargas.

but when playing honda and krasic, pirlo should not come close to the starting lineup.

melo-vidal ftw
Pace? Vargas? Bastos? UGH!!!!

Honda doesn't even play CM, but I see him included more often there than anywhere else in these starting XI's.

Goes to show how much this forum knows about the player.
he did do that here in holland :sergio: and i saw him play there and the system i posted isn't a flat 4-3-3 but with moving players

:agree:

Exactly, I was thinking of him in a position kinda like Nasri and Iniesta. Juve can't pull off a system like that though, not even close to it.

I don't understand comments like this. If the pieces are brought in any team can pull off any system. That's why mourihnio does so well were he goes because he gets the pieces he asks for for his system

with conte we have the coach for it, and with vidal, pirlo, aguero, krasic and honda, we might have a good enough players for it, for serie a alone.

if we'd upgrade next summer to european level, it could go

but it wouldnt be juventus

then again, nothing is at the moment

We'd have to get a whole new team. Most of our current players can barely pass the ball and Conte is not known for playing that sort of possession game yet. He prefers fast wingers and 4-2-4.

It will be a massive failure if Juve straight up decide to play possession football with those guys and the current crop we have. They need to get used to all the runs, etc, etc. If it were that easy, all teams would be playing like that right now.

you need the coach, time and players.

allow him the time, and lets hope we get our players before the end of the mercato

I don't even understand the " its not Juve" statement. The style of play has to change and come in line with modern play. We can no longer afford playing possession soccer with counter attacks

Yeah, maybe he gets the players and whatnot but he still has no experience with a 4-3-3 where the players exchange positions. Would be nice to see, but you guys are straight up OD-ing on angel dust if you think Conte will do it.

He plays the 4-2-4. He's played 4-3-3 before so hopefully he reverts back to that. I've only seen one game, I forget against who it was though, a few members here saw it. His team won like 5-1.
