those loan deals from last year - Motta, Pepe, Quag, Matri - may well have been loans with mandatory buy-out clause attached to them due to Juve lacking the necessary funds back then.

I doubt that will happen. Conte's been pretty vocal about his liking for Quag, and Marrotta will have less of a need to sell him, given that he identified him in the first place. Plus it makes no sense to sell Quag, because that would leave us with Rossi, Matri, Tones, DelPiero, since Iaq and Amauri are going. I don't see it happen to be honest.
