Strange. I started out as a fan, but grew more and more into a critic over the last years. Which is more understandable to me tbh 
He did a great job at getting us back on top, but the last few years it's been too much selling to buy. Weaken area A to improve area B and spending money on players we didn't really need, whilst neglecting weak spots at the same time. We'll see what he can do this summer, but we can't rest on our laurels, that's where the criticism comes from. Other teams are catching up and are improving, we stagnate more than anything else.
