i agree that pirlo was a "good loss" but Vidal was still one of our best players.

Although I loved Vidal while here, we did not slow down a bit when we had Pereyra in there. If Khedira manages to stay healthy we will soon forget about Vidal's first 3 seasons here with Marchisio, Khedira, Asamoah(who when healthy, is an absolute bull in MF), and Pereyra.

Very true which is why I didn't include him in my previous comment. The eternal prospect Giovinco comes to mind as well. haha

Pirlo was to old to get money for. Tevez only wanted to a club that doesn't have money. Llorente salary is so massive that no club is going to pay a fee and his salary, especially considering the fact that he is not good enough for rich clubs, so that complicates things heavily. We tried to find a better solution since June, but it wasn't possible.

We might should have kept Tevez against his will or pushed harder to convince him to stay for another year, i'm not sure we did enough in that case, but in the other two cases i don't see anything the management did wrong, even though i understand why it's frustrating.

The only huge loss was Tevez. Vidal was not playing at the levels that he did under Conte. Pirlo was inevitably on his way out and slowed us down when on the pitch.

If Vidal was so low, why can't we find any even close his level? In the best case we can replsce him with two players, an AM and a CM
