BS, maronne , koman and giovinco and many of the players we own could have covered the filler roles of romulo, pereyra and matrix, without any substantial difference and we could have used the extra cash for a starter that could make a difference!
Marrone has been out all year, Coman is only 18, and Giovinco sucks.

Try harder.

Oh, and Romulo, who you mentioned, has been out all year too.

Actually, you know what I am going to love at the end of the year?

If they win the scudetto, make the semi finals of the CL, and have already made the Coppa Italia finals, to whom you will give the credit to.

Because as we all know, the one whom you placed all the credit on, is no longer here.

Should be interesting.

The "Filler role" of Pereyra

Man, this season has been also amazing for Marotta.

Pereyra - overpayed for hidden potential... now he's probably already worth those 17M, and ceilling is good. Is becoming vital in this team.

Morata - overpayed for potential... and here we have the most promising young CF in the world IMO. Has already become vital.

Coman - for free, talent is there, great business.

Sturaro - no one knew the guy. He wasn't an easy guy to spot on. And here we have, possibly a great DM surging. Very good role player.

All the guys he signed are developing and showing their worth, being instrumental to the club, also because of so many injuries. Hell, even Padoin is showing he's actually an useful backup for the fullbacks and DMs. You can already say the 5M were well spent.

Allegri - everybody got sick to know he was chosen. And here we have the guy showing to be more tactical astute than Conte and bringing in great results.

All hail to Marotta and Paratici, outstanding job.

The Life of Beppe, reminds me of the struggles of Jesus Christ. In the beginning he was considered a pariah, one who would not conform and as a result was 'crucified' for his actions. It was only later following multiple miracles that his work was truly appreciated by the wider world, just like Jesus.

Only difference being that Jesus is a fictional character and Beppe is a real-life god walking among us.

Don't forget Evra. Massive signing given Asamoah's injury. There were 3 "retirees" taken from the EPL. Vidic, Cole and Evra. Two were massive flops and Evra was a massive success. Says it all right there.

Also, I wouldn't say Morata was an overpayment. 20M is nothing nowadays. Guys like Bony cost double.
