no, we need to start with a formation change.

but even that wont fix why vidal, pogba, ogbonna, tevez, marchisio, chiellini, bonucci, llorente, pirlo, asamoah forget to do the simplest things.

you think ogbonna was going to magically defend better in a winger formation? or that vidal was suddenly going to turn from shit into goal and stop giving silly balls away?

"But we need wingers" - fuck that, the players we have when put in the right formation, when motivated properly and when told to attack and not to fear average teams like Olympiakos, are more than good enough to win these games.

Exactly.
Having 5 attackers like tevez, morata, coman, gio and llorente, and having mids like vidal and pogba. We really have no excuse of fielding 2 attackers and everyone else to defend.

Its archaic and pathetic

Juve 'were very close to Falcao'
Beppe Marotta revealed Juventus “were very close to Radamel Falcao” this summer.

The Bianconeri director general was on RAI programme La Domenica Sportiva this evening.

“We were very close to Falcao, as the player wanted to privilege Italy and our jersey.

“However, then Manchester United stepped forward and they have more spending power, so the deal fell apart.”

Manchester United took Falcao on loan from Monaco for £6m with an option to buy permanently for £43.5m (€55m).
