I see what you're saying. But, I would rather have a grocer as general manager than this imbecile. So he would not sign 27 years old tree for 18 million and sell Immobile for the half of that amount.

Time to let Beppe and move forward...
We have to make a choice between him and Conte, no more compromises, no more quantity over quality, no more excuses!
Do we ant to stay mediocre for ever or get us to the next step?
Clearly this is as far as Marotta can get...

I believe he can get any player we desire but they're futile attempts due the strict guidelines he's under.

Marotta should stay. He is the reason our squad gets stronger every season. New players brought by him will somehow improve the team.
Who else can replicate his form in Europe? He is not only competing with other directors in Serie A, but everyone else in Europe.

Yeah, as if Agnelli, Elkann and co will suddenly give that "new guy" 100mln to spend.

Our squad does get stronger every year, we were champions last year and the one before it, but in European competitions, were the power of the team is measured, we have shown minimal improval.
This is as far as Marotta can get, whilst smaller, weaker and less wealthy Italian clubs can find better options than us for LB, LM and finishers, Marotta spends more and gets less, he has been failing on certain tasks since the day he has joined and only has to show off, opportunity targets in the heavily crowded positions (CMs, SSs) were talent is in abudance and simply exploits the better financial and prestige status of Juve...

It is true that the board imposes guidelines to Maroota and Conte's primary concern is that!
But it also a proven fact that Marotta has limited capabilities and even in situation he has the green light, he fails to deliver...

Marotta gave us Pirlo the architect of the team for free, Vidal the best player in Serie A, Pogba the best youngster in the world. Even Moggi would be proud of this.
He implement co-owns to the best to accommodate our financial restrictions.
Ok tell me, who seriously would you have in mind to replace him ?
