so, our midfielders who is our best assets, desperately need reinforcements in order to maintain that high standard. Just look at how vidal and Pogba played today The need some rest and rotation. And Marchisio is lol, can't count on him.

instead Juve gets Osvaldo.

Nice Job Marotta.
But but but all we buy are CMs says Tuz

because you answered it for me.

hard training regiment, constant playing time and hard pressing play style - no subs = bad idea. It's common sense.

you know what else? Juve has 6 forwards, when it uses only 2. Explain that failure?
I thought Cronios said all we do is sign CMs? Now we don't have enough?

You fail, Lion. You disgust me.

how is trolling?

we have 5 midfielders for 3 positions. That means the team is already short a midfielder to begin with. Then you realize that your subs are Marchisio and Padion, both are so mediocre they wouldn't start a single minute if Juve had better options on the bench.

if Juve didn't need midfielders, then why were they desperate for Guarin?

Typical argument from a tuzer. Hurr durr I can't argue with a good point so i'm going to accuse him of trolling!
Marchisio is an excellent back up option amd the fact that you are putting him equal to Padoin shows that you're trolling.

We do need another CM of a similar level to Marchisio, but claiming we have no useful subs in that position is just wrong.

Pogba and Barzagli almost for free, Llorente and Pirlo for free, Lichtsteiner, Vidal and Tevez for just over 10m€ each. All of them starters. Marotta deserves respect.

Serie A could abolish co-ownerships
By Football Italia staff

The Gazzetta dello Sport are today reporting that the co-ownership of players in Serie A could be abolished.

According to the daily sports paper, meetings regarding the issue have already taken place between clubs with a view to bringing about the change by the summer of 2016.

Nevertheless, the new measure still needs the approval of the League and of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), in order for it to proceed.

Bologna President Albano Guaraldi is one of those to state his opinion on the proposal.

“We will talk about it with the League, I wouldn’t be in agreement with it,” he has commented to Tuttomercato.web.
“Co-ownership is something that helps to develop players and to value them.

“It’s not certain that things that work well in other countries would also work well here.

“It could be reduced and limited, but there is no way it could be abolished within two years.
“The two year period mentioned is too short, that’s for sure.”

Atalanta director general Pierpaolo Marino also indicated a similar opinion.

“I’m against its abolition, I’ve already experienced a period like this,” he said. “There were so many disputes with private contracts.
“The transition period cannot only last two years. It should be between three and five if it goes ahead.”

Current statistics are that there are 164 co-ownership deals currently in place in Serie A, with 92 of those due to expire this coming summer.

that sounds bad for both big and small clubs alike when it comes to player development, does it not? I know Italy is the only big league in Europe that allows that shit though so theres probably an upside to getting rid of it.

beppe will invent something called 3rd part ownership where a 3rd party business will own the player fully but the ownership of the 3rd party ownership will be co-owned by the 2 clubs.

Why would anyone even suggest abolishing coownerships. I know that the purpose of football federations is to come up with retarded rules so that they can work on changing them, but still.

The coownership deals are maybe the only way we can see young benchwarmers in action.

Marotta will not allow this. With all his might.
I think clubs would just find ways to circumvent it by buying players and sending them on loan with specific development clauses. Like say we bought a player from team A but sent him on loan back to them for 2 years we could put in a clause, if we want him back after one year or if he has played 30 games for the other club we would have to give a certain amount of money to cancel the loan half way through and for development. Or give club A a percentage of whatever transfer fee we sell him for in the future (this happens a lot in England and Spain) ..so smaller clubs would still want to develop a player who is on loan hoping for a share of future profits while having a quality young player in their squad that a bigger club paid the transfer fee for.

So instead of co own it could be sale and loan with portion of future earnings from sale or something. Lol our boy beppe will still do work

He would, but you are forgeting the countles millions he has wasted on Martinezs.
MArotta overpays for every player he gets(just check Ogbonnas and Osvaldos price tags) and getting owned really hard every time he attempts to sell someone (we lost the largest part of our investment on Melo)
and loaning players (we ended up paying a full transfer fee on Giovinco, only to get him back from loan)
