Subscription of shares from Exor, I believe around 70M at first year but overall more than 100M. Could be wrong about the exact figure, which led to capital increase and funds were released. Net debt was steadily increased over the last few years and that trend will probably be continued this summer. No one here can't tell exact figure. Only estimates.
