You need a business plan, which I don't think Marotta has considering he only targets Italian-based players for the most part.
At a time when most Italian clubs are looking for quality players from abroad, we seem to do the opposite. Even though Few players that we've signed recently from outside had the most succes in this club (Vidal, Pogba). Personally and I said this many times before, Marotta seems to take the easy road in these transfers.

Accounting and finance degrees are a dime a dozen. Even those with said degrees don't know shit. But I'll take the side of Interdestroyer here.

That makes sense. Marotta targets players who already play in Serie A, meaning they would be less likely to want to play in England or Spain. People will say well, they already have Serie A experience, but that's just a cop-out. The better players are in other leagues and it doesn't take a chemist to know that.

he targets Serie A players because they have Serie A wages, it is that fucking simple.

Your entire squad barring Buffon and now Llorente is on less than 4.5M Euros.

When you make enough to be able to pay the massive bloated salaries of EPL/Barca + Madrid then they will come to Italy.

Utter nonsense. There are talents out there that do not make such wages. Get off the excuse wagon.

Those talents, arent accustomed to serie a. This is a very tough league to adapt to. Its not given for any player to feel comfortable to play in such tactical league.

Look at conte, who you probably rate very high. He fields serie a players immediatly, but like with vidal, it took a few games before he was allowed to play.

Half our of XI isn't Italian because it's so hard to adapt. This argument is so weak.

I see, internet crackpot > university degree
You dont have that degree yet. and if you cannot understand how fiances work, like the simple basics, i'm not sure u'll get it

Here it is again. They aren't adapted to Serie A. That will always be the excuse.
Why dont you tell all them serie a coaches ?

You are so stupid, it has no border.

I said its hard to adapt to serie a comming from another league, its not for everyone. SO, we sign people FROM the serie a who allready adapted. That was very clear from my post, yet your weak excuse for a brain couldnt understand it.

adapted for serie a + italian, meaning "juventus" has a meaning for them + low wages = financially great.
convincing an italian youngster juve is great ? fucking easy, they wont leave italy likely, we are the highest club they'd go to.
Telling this to a brazillian player ? "gtfo bro, i want the epl, i want the madrid and barcelona, or i want the fat cash from russia or france"
Thats youngsters in a nutshell

This post is just as stupid as your avatar.

That pic is epic, didn't you know it's actually zacheryah? and if you see the full pic a redhead is sucking his dick.
My dick wouldnt fit a 2 by 2 centimeter box, unlike yours. And redheads prefer men. So unless you are paying a hooker, you wont get any.

I suggest you to check the wage bills of Bundesliga teams bar Bayern,Ligue 1 teams and Spanish teams bar Barca and Madrid. This is such a weakass argument.

What is a finance? I need a savant full of internet wisdom to tell me. Your posts are true gems full of 100% fact and I marvel at them everytime I come on Juventuz.

Why dont you tell all them serie a coaches ?
Foreign player %
Italy 48%
Spain 38%
England 62%
Germany 49%

Clearly Italy is no exception as you claim.

It took SO LONG for Vidal and Pogba to adapt to Serie A. Clearly, the best players have a very hard time adapting to Serie A.

I see no reason to buy abroad if the player isnt significantly better. We are juventus, the quality of players in our team, demand a certain wage.

Bar the forwards the entire team (and vucinic) would walk into topteams around the world, and get much higher wages then here
