From the president right down to the coach there is complete harmony, that's something money can't buy.

Everyone knows the situation of the 30-40 million players but its just a shame we cannot afford them. However we have arguably 9 players who'd walk into most top teams in Europe and that's impressive.

I was complaining about Marotta before, but rightfully so IMO, because I thought our transfer policy was way off and nowhere was seen the right road. Hell, I was defending Secco for some period but stopped because we were getting nowhere with such policy. But I really have no idea why people complain now. I personally didn't approve Peluso but there's no way I think this direction is by any means wrong. We made a great squad, bought some brilliant players and young gems (Asamoah, Pogba, Isla, Vidal, Giovinco) so there's not much I can complain about that because it's what I wanted for years. We're chasing top young talents which is what I begged for, we're there too! Sure, we miss a world class striker but even without one we're fighting on three fronts and doing amazing. We won Scudetto after such a long time, so I see no reason to cry now. Hell, not only that, but unlike other Serie A teams we're doing wonderful in Europe too, we were first in a very hard group. What we accomplished over the past two years is absolutely brilliant and week after week I can't wait to see Juve on the pitch, because hunger is there, just like old and Juve that everyone shat their pants when they faced them. Majority of credit goes to Conte, he has renewed Juve with the right mentality, but Marrota also deserves a lot of credit, after all he's the part of the reason we're at this place. So both of them get one big forza from my behalf.

rebuilding an ENTIRE squad into a winning, complete unit is a very difficult thing to do.

man for man there are very few if any clubs that can claim to have a better 25 man squad.

It's all Conte's work. Marotta is just a shit stirring, credit hogging fraud. Sack him now before he does more damage to the club...

When will this tyranny end?

Is it so hard for everyone to take a step back, look at where this team was 3 years ago (old, no depth, fractured wage scale, limited youth potential), and look at this team now (Younger, deeper, balanced books, signing young talents every year) and just say to yourself "Are there that many situations right now in Italy and Europe that have it better than us?"

Is it so hard to be happy and yet not be satisfied with where this club is? ANd don't you think for one moment, that the entire Juventus orginization feels the exact same way? That we have come a very long way in a short period of time over the past 3 years, but we still have a ways to go? And isn't it reasonable to think that with a club that does not have unlimited funds, to find themselves in the position they are in right now, has done a great job in climbing the ranks again?

It's amazing sometimes when I read the "yeah buts, yeah buts" on this forum, but whenever I watch TV, or listen to Satellite radio, that whenever the name Juventus comes up, they marvel at what this club has accomplished in the past 2 1/2 seasons, and they bring up the fact that they have built this type of squad without a blank checkbook a la Man City, or PSG. This is still a work in progress. The best of this squad have yet to be seen. It's really startling when you see where this squad was at the end of the 2009-2010 season, and where they are now.

I understand everyone's desire to see this team improve, but you can't tell me that they haven't improved the quality and depth of this squad even in comparison to this time last year. This team is getting better and better every single season. I don't think anyone can deny that.
