I'm not going full retard by any mean. My stance has been the same even before the start of the season. We have a deep team with a nice core of players. But i always said that we don't have difference makers, star players maybe bar Pirlo, altough his form has been supbar this year, this is why i thought that we didn't need to go and buy another 4 " squad players " and buy one star and he would've have more influence on our game than those 4. Especially that you only need 14-15 players in your squad not 20 players.

But the bit I quoted confuses me. With a squad of 15, we'd probably already be out of the scudetto race by now. If you're supposed to challenge on 2 or 3 fronts, you absolutely need a squad of 23-25 players. Most of them being players you should be able to count on immediately.

I gave example of Barca and how many option in the bench they have ( Adriano who can cover both flanks, Song in the MF and Villa and Fabregas on the attack+the other players they feature are basically youngsters )
Same thing for Madrid, Mourinho plays the same team the whole damn year.
My point is that if you had a good starting team with a couple of stars that can make the difference for especially that we have a great defence, and 3/4 good options on the bench, the end of the bench doesn't matter in a scenario like this because you can get by playing anyone if the your team is strong enough.
We lack quality in attack; it's painfully evident, even to the blindest soul out there. Hopefully we can progress in Europe, and somehow this goofball realizes that we needs a quality player in attack to make us competitive. We can't rely on Vucinic to bail us out every single time, because out other attackers are all domestic/local level strikers.
Honestly, I'd rather play our youngsters than the likes of Matri, Quag, Gio, and Bendtner @ this point in time. We know what we get with these guys, close to absolutely nothing, while some of the young ones might actually surprise.
