This goal alone is enough to send this football terrorist to the jail. Fuck his shady dealings, i smell commision.
Always hated conspiracy theories and never believed in them, but got to admit that Maritnez deal is really fishy. I mean we buy a 27 year old Uruguayan that doesn't fit our formation and wasn't all that special for Catania. Personally i've watched plenty of games for them last season and martinez was pretty average except for few games like Inter game. But that in no way makes him worth 12 million euros.

Would he get paid under the table for making such deal ? Hate to believe this is true......

Will we ever get our third star before the Milan clubs get their second ? I really hope we wont turn into another Liverpool with the current board.

Atleast liverpool reached 2 champions league finals winning one of them. We on the hard, struggling pretty hard in one of the shittiest serie A of the last 100 years. That really say how low we've got.....

Andrea "so how do you intend to solve our problems"
Beppe "Dont worry boss i got ideas that will melt the faces off our rivals"
Andrea "oh yeah?"
Beppe "Yeah! im going to sign Pepe on a permanent deal and offer Martinez a contract for life here, and then im going to sell chiellini for 10 mill and we can play grygera in his place in order to save money, and we will use that 10 mill to bring my trusted players from sampdoria and we will get into the CL next season that way!"
Andrea "Sounds good! make it happen!"

I have been defending some of his work, for many months now..but my resolve has crumbled to dust of late. Everytime I see Martinez, who I understand is playing hugely out of position, lacking fitness and his morale must be awful after such a pathetic season...but still, he seems to be able to do nothing whatsoever useful. Nothing. And as I have come to believe that delneri had zero say in transfers, the martinez error seems to loom ever larger on the marotta horizon, as something dark, horrible, a huge error that could and should have been avoided. Motta, rinaudo, traore...can be forgiven. Martinez for 12m, giovinco OUT, Lanza IN without been given a chance OUT again...

what does delneri actually do??? he has no say in which players are bought and sold, does he ick the team?? does he decide the formation? does he decide substitutions?

its absolute fantasy for anyone to believe that running a club in this manner...a competent coach, with a sporting director picking the squad without any input from the coach. If that sporting director has huge finances to play with, immense contacts and a proven history of finding and acquiring talent, then maybe...but this is not the case with delneri and marotta.

average coach with average transfer director, without huge funds, and seemingly without wonderful contacts...although paratici seems useful.

One eyed psycho

Great work getting rid of Diego and Giovinco - the team has been very creative and imaginative without them. Hey, at least we have kick-and-chase Krasic!

Hey, Krasic has been one of the bright spots of this team and I love his commitment. He would have played a lot better with Diego and Gio on the field. I just want to know why we seemed to get away from quality and creativity. Quag is good, but Diego and Giovinco are a lot more skilled. Marotta brought muscle.

Rather Marotta brought extreme mediocrity

Aquilani - Melo

Krasic - Diego - Giovinco

Quag

I can't help but feel that would get us some goals. All we'd need is better fullbacks, which Stevie W. didn't really address despite it being obvious.

If our management had not been so stupid in the last few years, we could currently have Cassani and Balzaretti as our fullbacks, both formed by our club :tuttosport:

Buffon
Cassani-Bonucci-Chiellini-Balzaretti
Aquilani-Melo
Krasic-Diego-Giovinco
Quag

That would have been decent.

There are more Italians there than in the current team. :tuttosport:

That would let in a lot of goals. If we had a manager who could get the best out of players, maybe Sissoko would add something to that defense. But then again, Melo and Sissoko is too brainless of a midfield.
