8 good Italians :tuttosport:

This season we have mediocre Italians (Pepe, Motta, Grosso).

If Marotta wanted an ItalJuve, he should have at least spend the money on good Italians like Cassani, not on retarded ones(Motta, Pepe).

Pepe
Traore
Barzagli
Martinez

aren't exactly what I would call muscle. IF he wanted muscle he coulda gotten the hulk
Well, perhaps muscle is not the exact term, but look at Pepe, he hasn't got an inch of creativity but is full of effort. Krasic is good but different and not as tricky as Diego or Giovinco. Traore was fast, effort with little technique. Quag is muscle as well.

That's the impression that I got. Very old italian, full of effort and muscle except for one or two players.

That's not fair. Del Neri wasn't the one who wanted Trez, Gio, Diego and Camo out. in fact Del Neri wasn't the one who wanted this job, till he got it. If anyone has to go go first, it should be this inept visionary and his psychological tsunamis.

Trez,Gio and Camo went out because Marotta was thinking long-term. That's why I am giving him a second chance. This summer it's make it or break it. The whole board fucked up with Delneri, not only Marota.
I would like to see what he does this summer before I judge him furthermore.

he should be our most important player for the future
i blame him for that and he should be fired only for that move
and how can you change trez with toni i think he could ask trez in the winter to come back or you should let alex call trez or something like that
and how does a Andrea ' i didn't play for a long time because i am always injured' Pirlo should be a investment for the future
this summer will be the most important because now we have a little charme for players we should buy big name but still young players like Pastore, Hazard, M vila, Fernando
and not useless old italian like toni, palombo, and pirlo.
As that happened than we will finish 10th next season and then we are forever some mid table team
i demand a championship next year and nothing less :scarf:

Barzagli and Toni are just fill-ins, Toni was an emergency actually, let's also separate rumoured signings from actual ones. But if we were to sign older players as important players I would seriously question Marotta's complete change of thinking. January transfers are often knee jerk, but if we went through the summer mercato with buys like Pirlo Marotta deserves to be questioned.

Trezeguet and Camoranesi were always likely to go anyway, plus a Giovinco in limbo, that wasn't the problem, it was replacing them adequately. The Trezeguet thing only bugs me because we are paying him to play elsewhere. But generally it was a case of thanks for everything and farewell at the time, I don't agree with the admittedly sentimental thought that came once we started to struggle and/or lost Quagliarella.

Long term my balls. How the arrivals of Barzagli, Toni, and the potential acquisition of Pirlo have got anything to do with long term thinking and planning is beyond me!
Barzagli haven't been complete shit since his arrival. Toni is only a backup, not a starter. What choice do we have right now? Iaq is injured, Amauri is loaned out and Quag is out. Which leaves ut Del Piero, Matri and Toni. We'd only have Matri and DP if Toni wasn't here. I didn't like the Toni-move either but people are hating on it for the wrong reasons.

yes juve can really make me made defenitily when some member here say things like Pirlo, Toni, Barzagli are good :sergio:
common we need a new team who can dominate Italy for at least 5 years and not some old over paid old players

this summer who should get rid of all the old players and when no one wants them we should just buy out there contract i can stand an other year of watching Grosso, Grygera, Toni, Iaquinta and co sitting on the bench instead of some real talents like boniperti and sorensen

It's the whole backup for Aquilani thing that worries me. I personally think Aquilani is shit, not completely hopeless or utter shit, but still shit nonetheless.
He wasn't shit before January. Whole team broke down and it's not Aquilani's fault. What is he supposed to do when Krasic is doublemarked, Marchisio isn't a winger, Del Piero is 36? He got no choice but play support-passes. Let him have an Aguero or a great LW and you'll see him in-form in no-time.

I agree on Aquilani, but regardless of whether Pirlo is a good transfer for free + wages (he might be), or whether he is a starter or sub, it goes against what Marotta is saying. It won't be a cheap salary.
