What was exactly Diego's fault here? Not fitting in Italy faster than Zidane? Perhaps Moggi was laughing at Zizou when he sold him as well?
But it's not Moggi it's Marotta.
ok so taht means it's fine?
Diego was a signing i was excited about but he didn't play well (in a struggling team admittedly) and was sold,he has criticized the management on numerous occassions and marotta is simply pointing out taht he has hardly set the heather alight(in a struggling team admittedly)

Yeah, but we all know Moggi would never criticize a (former) player.

Not to rehash Boz, cause I wrote enough for 10 discussions yesterday, but...

1. I certainly would be felatio'n no Moggi. :D

2. Diego had a right, in my opinion, to criticize management after the way he was treated. GD had told him repeatedly that he was in his plans as recently as about a week or 10 days before they sold him. It was in the media, from both sides. In a way, it made him look like a scape goat for the clubs problems, and I'm sure if you or I were kicked out so unceremoniously, we'd have a few choice words for management - especially after management had also acted improperly with at least one other well respected teammate - Mr. Trez.

Edit - And yeah, I know that you didn't say anything about Diego's 'right' to criticize GM. I'm just sayin' - and I've heard enough ridiculous talk from Giuseppe Marotta this season to last a lifetime (like most have now heard enough from me to last a lifetime).

A simple "no comment" would have been more professional in my opinion.

I was ok with Diego leaving because I thought it would guarantee Dzeko coming here. He didn't and Marotta got played. Trez was a huge mistake also but I think he was again putting his hopes on Dzeko coming here when he let him go. The rest of his signing have been decent. He's light-years ahead of Delneri, that's for sure, but he's still mid-table unitl he starts signing players who are world-class.

i agree on all points actually but at the end of the day people are bashing Marotta for all the wrong reasons, yes it probably would ahve been wiser to say nothing but when he does it is foolish of people to raise the (eternal) spectre of Moggi. i think we all know MOggi was a shameless self-publicist and has spoken out in worse fashions than this, the difference is people praise him for it

Taking a dump after all those pepperoni pizzas he had last night.

Gotta get some air circulating, it smells like Chicarito's bedroom.

Doing a double check on his fingers after some slippage occurred. Terrible hand-eye coordination and all. Not a great idea to rest them on your lips however.

"LOL, they're about to have a meeting in there and they have no idea it smells like Chicarito's bedroom."

Or he could just be taking another dump, hard to tell with that face,
..

Ahh, I got you. Yeah, Moggi definitely LOVES to hear the sound of his own voice.
