Even if that is his excuse for the summer, what excuse does he have for how he fcuked up the winter mercato? Cassano for free? This guy is incompetent, and his excuses reek of mediocrity. And if he really didn't have the time in the summer, I wonder how he managed to bring in 10, 11 new players. Nobody asked him to tamper with the team if he didn't have the time.
