It's funny how people complain that Marotta isn't paying extra money to CSKA for Krasic, while I'm sure if Secco was still in charge and he paid that money, people would still complain about Secco being too incompetent. I'm quite pleased with our transfers so far but there is still a long way to go till the transfer window closes. We've had lots of injuries last season without much depth on the squad and I think that's what Marotta has tried to fix with the transfers so far. If the rumours are to be believed, we should sign another 2-3 first team players and we might actually have the best team post Calciopoli. I still don't see us as title contenders yet, but second place should be within reach while we could be contenders for EL, and no matter what people think about that competition, it would be pleasing if we won it.

The restriction of non- EU players will impact nothing to Italian football. If they really want to improve the Italian player, they should made a rule like :

For 2010/2011
There must be minimum 3 Italian player on the pitch for each side. But it will make Serie A less attractive.

2011/2012
minimum 4 Italian Player

2012/2013
minimum 5 Italian Player

And nothing to fear about restriction to buy non EU player. And maybe with this rule the clubs will be more concentrated for their youth development.

Is at Pinzolo now and AA will join in a few days. Seems they're going to discuss with certain players about leaving the club aswell as talking with Del Neri to see who we should sign.

It's for producing players good enough for the first team.

If players aren't good enough, there's no point in keeping them.

Its a damn good thing we kept Tiago and Poulsen then because they contributed so much more than the others.

Damn fine back ups those 2. As well they should be as much as they make.
