No way Arsenal's team is worth more than our's. They dont have 1 player that is worth any significant value. Full of mediocre squad players.
According to transfermarkt.com:

Juventus - 323,400,000 €, coming out to about 11,151,724 per player.
Arsenal - 289,000,000 €, coming out to about 10,703,704 per player.

There are two objectives must be done. If Marotta manages to accomplish these two, i will consider it success.

Bring not one but two world class strikers - Jovetic and Higuain/Tevez/Zlatan
Avoid bullshit signings, do not waste limited sources on shitty players to make club unable to buy proper players to cover your failure - Such as Diamanturd, Osvaldo

Isla, Motta and to an extent Elia I don't think were bull$#@! signings.
I think it made very little sense to have 4 players that can play RWB (Isla, Pepe, Licht and Caceres) and only one genuine LWB (De Ceglie)

Motta lol, not even good enough for Roma and Elia I could had told you too that he wouldnt cut in Serie A. Remember that he wasn't a sure starter for HSV, a midtable club.

Motta, Elia, Martinez, Isla...
I think there is a difference between what Turk is talking about and just listing all 'bad' or failed signings.

Infamous Diamanti is first one comes to mind. Players such as Osvaldo, Matri, Pepe, Martinez, Lisandro Lopez. Who cost a lot, brings utmost disappointment.
Seems to be the case with most Juventus transfers since Moggi. Maybe we should pull out of the Higuain and Jovetic deals ASAP.

I agree with Turk that should be our standards, but i could pardon some BS signings however, only if they were funded by sales of non starters.
A department Marotta is also extremely terribad...
As i dont really rate the acquisition of SS like Jovetic for huge ammounts of money (as there are plenty of options available, esp in Italy) i would be pleased with a top finisher like Higuain, Dzeko, Cavani etc alone.

So to summarise:
-Top class finisher (a quest since Treze left us)
-Achieve income from sales at decent prices (Melo) and use that cash to buy a couple of depth players, (particularly a non Italian defensive LB, another 10 years hunt) not from our budget. (quality>quantity for a change)
-A capable CB, experienced enough to rotate with the starter 3, close to the age of 28.
-For a Jovetic, Sanchez class SS, we should sacrifice one of our many SSs (Vucinic, Matri, Giovinco etc) and fund its acquisition mostly from there, not by the top finishers part.

These days he ought to be working on our summer transfers and come up with done deals once the market officially opens.

Any particular reason why the left back has to not be Italian?
Because they all suck, and we have tried all the available ones in the past decade (Criscito, Molinaro, DC, Grosso, Peluso etc) it just doesnt work for us,
even the NT suffers from that and they are not burdened by budgets or influence issues, this generation just doesnt cut it, we could return later, when new talents bloom...

Stop beeing a complete fucking idiot. Dont you read anything at all ?
Its financially allready a great hassle trying to get ONE player.

But no, mister here demands 2 !
WHy the fuck would we demand 2 if we allready got llorente ? why would juve , for whom wages are very heavy on the bill, permanenly put at least 4.5mil worth of forwards on the bench ?

be fucking happy if we'd sign ONE, and shut the fuck up with you and your irrealistic ideas. Go support fucking oilteams if you want this.

Lisandro, a player that people like YOU demanded to come here, while others like me said, it would hurt our summer money.

And now looks who's come complaining.

Seriously, stop talking these crap nonsense, stop blinding yourself and other evenlysmall minded people with this unrealistic bullshit, and wake the fuck up in reality

Motta, Elia, Martinez, Isla...
Motta was a player promising like Bonucci was when we bought him. Motta failed hard, where as bonucci was italy's best defender at euro 2012 and a keystone for juventus
Isla, we havent seen the best off yet. Dont believe crap media, he's not going.
Elia, was bought here, but his pathetic yoloswagshit attitude, made him fail at juve

Such pathetic list
Pepe, very important to our first scudetto, even a fool could see that
Matri, came here when no one else wanted to come, yet scored a nice amount of goals. His fee is justified by the big inflation of wintermercato and teams knewing we'd need to buy a striker
Martinez, could have turned out well, but didnt.
The others, never came here, good job

Go fuck yourself you angry muppet. Can't you respond without insults?
No, not when its you.

The way you put these completely unrealistic demands, and call out the manager for not doing this, is complete outrage.

You remind me of a kid in a candystore that got his pockets full, and then starts crying hysterically cause he aint getting double of what he allready got

There aren't many very good 'defensive' (in other words, good at defending as well as attacking) left backs around anywhere. Have a go at naming some, I doubt you'll find any outside of Lahm and Cole, untouchables.

Not that it really matters anyway, as it's extremely unlikely we'll shift from 3-5-2, rendering one of those fairly useless (especially considering how everyone wants an attacking left wing back).

If we go to a back four in games it's most likely Chiellini will play there, like he does for Italy.
