As strange as it might sound, the one who keeps our difference in value below 100m pounds is Gigi Buffon. We bought him for €51.9m, and his current value would be around €15m, I guess. Since most of the team was assembled by Marotta, I'd say that the players he bought in the last years are now worth +100m eur more than they were when they were purchased.
Then again, how did they decide how much is a player worth today?

Mostly it's Vidal + Pogba + Chiellini.
And Marchisio.

The highest profit (from difference in value) would come from these 4. Now that I think about it, two of them aren't even Marotta buys :D

Also, I believe they are counting only the players in the current roster, without counting players on loan (Martinez, Motta), who are worth less than they were when purchased.
