You have no life and I make more money than you, I am happier than you, and I know more about football than you.

Go kill yourself. Please.
Though, clearly not too much.

I suggest you to check the wage bills of Bundesliga teams bar Bayern,Ligue 1 teams and Spanish teams bar Barca and Madrid. This is such a weakass argument.
And we are better than all those teams, except maybe Dortmund who will sell everything and start sucking agains.

So that's why I think very lowly of Marotta, someone who has had obvious failures in the transfer market, including the inability to sell players for decent sums and pull off risk/reward transfers that Moggi handled. Marotta signs the players that do not take effort to entice, those that already play for the Azzurri and in Italy. Of course they want to sign for the best team in Italy. The others from abroad wanted to join Juve as well, whether it be Vidal, Llorente, or Barzagli. They are not difficult transfers, they are transfers that any large club could pull off.

Therefore, in my view, the praise rests solely on Conte who changed the dynamics of the side and revitalized the club. He was the manager who brought out the best in the players, including Barzagli (who was always a sporadic defender beforehand), and instilled the passion to succeed again as an organization.

Essentially, it doesn't matter who Marotta purchased -- Conte would have succeeded to some degree with whatever base of players that he had at his disposal. Why? Because Conte is an intelligent player, coach, and individual. The proof is in the pudding with the way he handled the lack of a decent striker this term. What a bunch of mongoloid one trick ponies.

I will give credit to Marrota for Pogba, however. That is the single signing that actually took skill and acumen. So credit to him there.
Who gives a fuck whether he makes difficult or easy transfers as long as they are good. I guess by that logic Amauri was a better transfer than Barzagli. Also, Barzagli was performing well for us even before Conte arrived.

I'll give one thing, Marotta has failed in the sales department so far.

I can sense you're really trying to get to me, but you're failing over and over. Did mama forget to give the boy the little pacifier?

Too bad money couldn't buy you someone better than a 40 year old, Andy.

Everyone here keeps comparing systems. Juventus vs. Bayern vs. Barca vs. Madrid vs. My dick. All these other teams you are mentioning do not have to fight a whole country and its federation and certain powerful individuals from it, they are left to enjoy and work and peace. Juventus, on the other hand, instead of focusing solely on improving its game, team, staff, youth team, system and all other aspects of its functioning, had to fight a whole nation and the most powerful people in it who have been trying to destroy Juventus with everything they got. And it has been like this every single year after 2005 onwards. Courts, judges, witnesses, tapes.......these are all unfamiliar concepts to teams like Bayern, Barca, Real, Man UTd etc...they all can calmly focus only on the football stuff while we here dont know if we will even start next season in Seria A or Seria C how things have been going these last years.

So just enjoy, keep calm, hold my dick and FORZA JUVE!!

I usually have an indifference towards Marotta and yes there have been mistakes, but I can't deny the job the man has done here (Especially towards the youth academy as Sergio pointed out brilliantly). The team at the beginning of Marotta's tenure here was old, bloated on wages and had little quality depth. ( Honestly, how many players from the 09-10 squad can you say would of been great depth at a low price)? He's doing a very good job here from my opinion.

To all the supposed Marotta haters, I have a few questions to ask. We'll go back 3 seasons ago

1) What would you of done about the squad who let's face it was getting old fast.
2) What about depth? What if a series of injurys start to plague the team, who would be on call? Who would you buy?
3) If money was an issues, who in the youth academy would be ready for the first team? Remember, the only youth class that made any notable fame was the Class of 05-06.

If Marotta doesn't sign a high quality striker to play with Llorente this summer, we should not extend his contract.

We'll see in the next few months if he can close a deal.
Easier said than done. I really doubt his future depends on buying one player. Imo, it's clear we'll extend his contract whether we buy Materazzi this summer, or Tevez.
