Marotta has done a very good job here and for anyone to say otherwise is stupid. At the end of this season it'll be his third year in charge and we could've won two championships and Italian cup and potentially another cup. That's some achievement.

He has done a good job at creating a squad, I've already mentioned it in one of my old posts in this thread. It's just sometimes, he gets a player for the sake of getting one (Boriello, Bendtner, etc.).

Also, his statements about the top player in the past few seasons were just irritating. He probably had not enough funds, can't be blamed over that, but he could have restrained himself from making those statements.

how can you classify isla as an excellent signing is beyond me. he hs barely played for juve, and whe he has he has been either ok, or awful.

I usually allways defend marotta, and you didnt mention the financial aspect like cutting wage bill etc.

he came from a long injury, then had to go against lichtsteiner. played some decent games showing bits, but 2 bad games, and benched for licht since.

He simply needs more time


Mind you, if we would rate players like this, zidane would absolutely suck and be sold. He only started to shine at the second half of the first season
