Ranieri decided on Poulsen, which is another chapter of fail.

Secco was the one giving the dane a ridiculous contract. this is fail. that is why we are not selling Poulsen. why the hell would he want to go anywhere given the money he earns here.

point being: we are having problems offloading players because they do not want to leave. why? money.

anywho both Secco and CR are gone. time to clean up, if possible..

It all started with this:

FUCK SECCO, we will suffer the next few years because of his dump ass choices :andyandbarcelona:
My point is, the players are not Secco's choices.

Turkish clubs offered him 1.7 millions more and Poulsen didn't move. Its not the money..
of course he doesn't travel to the turkish league wtf. he's better than that and he knows it. no matter how much money they throw at him.

he'll reject any team in top five euro leagues if they do not pay the same as we do or more.

How do you know that?

because he has a very good contract here, he is also in one of the biggest clubs in the world. he probably thinks he can get a starting spot too. if Poulsen goes anywhere it will be to a challenging club and league. which of course matches the contract he has here.

Then please explain to me, who chose both Tiago and Almiron cause ranieri himself admitted that he didn't choose neither of them. Not to mention other players that he didn't pick himself.

plus i find it "extremely" weird That ranieri would ask for someone like Xabi alonso (deep-lying playmaker) yet when mr.smart-ass Secco couldn't get him we signed Poulsen (a completely different kind of player). Every thing suggest that Secco has a big influence on most of our transfers.

The owners didn't fire his ass for no reason, these all signs that he really fucked up and they're trying to fix it right now.....

As I said many times, there's a lot that we don't know and most of the accusations that come out are speculations and analysis. I choose not to analyse and definitely not to over react on either newspaper headlines or member's conclusions of headlines.

I am not saying that the personnel managing Juventus did not make mistakes and I am not saying either that they are the best for the job. All I say is that most of the bashing they receive is unjustifiable IN MY OPINION.

Ranieri said he prefered Poulsen over Alonso, becasue he is quicker..

:agree: And Deschamps said he left because the board were signing players he did not want.

My point is, even if the players aren't Secco's choices. He is the one that chose to give them those lucrative contracts.
Do you really think Secco was the (only) one deciding how much a certain player would earn?
Because I sure don't believe that, not even for a second.

:agree: And Deschamps said he left because the board were signing players he did not want.
That is true.

Then again, in the meantime he as also said that he probably made a mistake back then...

In 2007-2008 Secco bought Almiron and Tiago who play in the same position and have almost the same properties ..

Last season he spent about 20 million on Melo although we don't need him too much coz we were going to use 4-3-1-2 formation and Sissoko fits in it ..playing with Sissoko and Melo in that formation were inappropriate ..

Secco was awful in the details of the contracts too .. he didn't have a clear plan, or in ather words, it seems that he didn't discuss everything with the coach !

when Ranieri came to Juve, he bought both Criscito and Nocerino paying too much for them !!!

He forgot fixing the defence and focoused on the DM ..

He didn't has the skills of negotionations, i guess Zamparini laughed so hard because he gave us Amauri and received too much money for him + Nocerino + half Lanza's contract ..

L and J Elkan killed us when they employed Secco, who had no experience, in a sensitive position which actually other clubs considered Juve as a role model in it because of the great MOGGI ..

I have a lot of points to say, anyway i think it's a WRONG THING to blame one man on every mistakes ..

BUT I do agree that the ex board is the MAIN REASON for our problems now, the Elkans thought that they were in an investment corporation not a football club .. :sergio:

Now we have Andrea, I think we are walking in the right path .. He hopefully won't put the wrong people in the wrong positions .. :agree:

The transfer market situation as explained by Marotta

The Europa League match against Shamrock Rovers is the right occasion to speak of the transfer market. Even though Juventus are already in their second official match of the season, August is a month of deals.

Before the match at the Braglia stadium, Giuseppe Marotta spoke exclusively on Mediaset. First subject: the outgoing transfer market. «At the moment the squad is numerous and we are working to allow some of our players to find space elsewhere. We are speaking with the other managements but I am optimistic. The signings depend on these transfers».

One of the names rumoured to be close to Juventus is that of Dzeko. The Director General for Sport Affairs is realistic about the situation: «The player showed his will to wear the Juve jersey but it is what his club wants that counts and if the seller does not want to sell there is little one can do. That which was a dream is difficult to make true. We have 20 days and during this time we will also have answers with regards to whom is included in the squad. We will then try to end the transfer market with a team according to our expectations».

While waiting for the 31st August, there is a Juve which is playing and showing its worth. It is Summer football but there is always a controversy to be expected and created by the press after the exclusion of Del Piero from the starting line-up at the Braglia. Marotta answered by saying: «We are already facing an official competition and many other matches await us. For this reason, all the squad must be utilized throughout the season. We have players of an excellent level, they are all useful and indispensable like Del Piero».

Anyone can translate this?

PEZZI DA 90 - Un paio di no*mi? In Italia c’è Juan Manuel Var*gas, nato terzino e trasforma*tosi in esterno alto al secondo anno in viola.
