I was impressed with the performance of the new recruits last night, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. We have only managed to string 2 consecutive victories. Consistency is key. We have yet to play Milan, Roma, Napoli, Lazio, Parma, and Fiorentina.

Toni and Barzagli are viable solutions for the short-term, and for this season only. As for Matri, he is slowly proving himself, and if he continues to perform in this manner, then he has my vote of confidence. However, let's not forget how Amauri turned out after 6 months at the club.
