dubious comment, especially after the latest information we got from the draxler drama in WOB and comments by Heldt/Allofs and Draxler himself
Not a fan of Draxler, but it's hardly his fault if Juventus doesn't pay what Schalke asks for.
Wolfsburg was his only way out at the time, there was no way back for him.

If Beppe said he rejected us he probably rejected us :D

Knows more about the deal than Marzio & co.
Horst Held knows more than DiMarzio too;)

Didn't Beppe say before that Draxler wasn't convinced to leave Germany, so we didn't sign him because we don't want players who aren't convinced?

I know he criticised Schalke too, but I kinda got the sense that it would have been forced through if Draxler really wanted to come.

It's strange indeed but it's finally where we want to be as a club again. So it wouldn't shock me at all to see us try to sign a huge name in summer now. Exciting times.
:agree:

After Higuain things aren't the same anymore, and I am enjoying it TBH.

As much as I like Pirlo or Tevez like deals, getting top players without getting lightheaded after looking at their price is fucking great.

We are back baby. :tuttosport:
