The rules of the forum clearly state that blatantly insulting Juventus players and staff is against the rules. Any such attacks that are considered unwarranted will be punished with infractions from now on.
so what is your exact problem ? is it a general problem of yours not being able to differentiate a comparision with an insult ? it's obvious he looks like him !

go into every other player thread where insults are spread after every match we play and stop trolling about innocent peoples postings !:andyandbarcelona:

Good point about Motta. Loans were an excellent idea. Pepe also a candidate to be bought by us IMO.
I second that! Great works indeed, I love this board and Marotta already..

I want Pepe too, even thou he is a dick headed, but what he is saying and doing so far is very good. I loved his last interview, when he said "Krasic deserves to play, and I will accept staying at bench without any problem". That's definitely positive!!

Stop being so defensive. I wasn't specifically pointing out your post; I'm just tired of seeing these insults on half the pages in the Marotta thread.

I said "that are considered unwarranted", because most of the insults in other threads are spoken out of frustration after a poor match, and we as mods are willing to show some grace in that respect because it's only natural for fans to be angry, but the Marotta-bashing is tired, uncalled for and plain ridiculous.

you quoted me, so you did not respond to anyone else then me o_O

i would welcome it, if there wasn't those double standards and people actually would get warnings or banned for the steady bashing in the players/coaches thread.

frustration or the lack of intelligence to control ones temper should not be an excuse for the polluting of the whole forum...

Marotta this january needs to make up for Motta and not bringing us a good striker last summer. Easy fixes, we just need to pay up.

Then you should take a look at the threads for Amauri, Iaquinta, Grosso and many more.

he fixed allmost the entire squad while cutting the wages drastically

got us aquilani and krasic, with pepe and quag beeing notabale additions

di natale canceled on the last moment, not marotta's fault

and at the time he bought motta no one could know he'd be this poor

i wouldntd if we dont buy in januari, NO panic buys
save the few euroz we can spend for the summer, and get worthy aquisitions

Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta believes the progress the club has made on its new stadium means the Old Lady is already in the future.

Marotta was drawn on the subject when asked for his reaction to the news that Bologna's match against Chievo had been postponed because of adverse weather conditions.

Earlier in the day, the President of the League, Maurizio Beretta, had said: “We need to move towards grounds that are privately owned or profoundly restructured.

“We have the most obsolete stadiums in Europe. Few pitches in the north have under-soil heating.”

Appearing on La Domenica Sportiva, Marotta said: “Juve are already in the future. The new stadium is a motive of great pride for Juventus and a great asset for the club.”

Marotta was then asked for his opinion of Juventus' new project, which he has helped implement since the summer.

“The strength of the collective is really notable. We need to take into great consideration the injuries. If we manage to recover players one Sunday after the other we will be ever more dangerous.

“The negative moment came with the change of Coach [in the spring]. Juventus have been the most radical in terms of modifications. Twelve new players arrived,” he concluded.

Aquilani and Buffon staying
Juventus have no intention of releasing Gigi Buffon or Alberto Aquilani, insists director general Beppe Marotta.

The futures of both players have been put into doubt recently, but Marotta has confirmed that the goalkeeper will remain and the midfielder will be signed outright from Liverpool.

“Although anything can happen in the transfer market, Gigi is a symbol for this team,” Marotta noted. “He’ll stay, as will Aquilani.

“We’ve already expressed ourselves on Alberto – we want to take up our option to sign him at the end of the season.

“We have good reason to believe that he is a fundamental player for the future of Juventus.”

Buffon, 32, is currently recovering from back surgery and is set to return to action at some point in January. His contract expires in 2013.

Aquilani, 26, is currently on loan from the Premiership side and can be signed on a permanent basis for €16m next summer.
