You know you're all $#@!ed, when Bianconero81 is the voice of reason...perfectly said amico. People losing their $#@! over a one season wonder (who doesn't even want to play for us as well mind you) I just don't get it.
Going by your logic, then bonucci was a one season wonder yet the brilliant Marotta bought him for 15 mil !!

What do you call that ?

I'd like to know if Conte wants? :) I personally think he doesn't rate Ciro at all. But I dunno, could also just be a way for us to raise funds for a player of higher calibre. I personally think he isn't that great, there has been average players that have topped or come close to topping the Serie A scoring charts before, I don't think Ciro is as a massive loss to us (or Serie A) the way a Cavani or Ibra were to their respective clubs. Just saying

Bonucci has been a solid player in our three man back line for us, and has played his role in 3 consecutive scudetti. I'd call that pretty good value for money actually.

What the fuck has Ciro achieved, besides scoring a lot of goals for a provincial club (for one season)? But of course, most of your posts these days consist of you bashing Juventus players (Bonucci in particular), so who am I to argue with you

That was so cringe worthy, man.

If anything, Ciro has done more in his "one season" than Leo did when we bought him.

Why were you comparing his sale to Ibra's and Cavani's? That's irrelevant.

Easier for a striker to stand out, no? Bonucci was great for Bari.

I don't know how what I said was cringe worthy? I said we're going crazy over the sale of a striker who DOESNT want to play for us, and our management/coach don't seem to want. He is no massive loss to us.

It's not the end of the world, no, but it doesn't make any sense to sell Serie A's top scorer who you own half of for 9M, no matter how much you sugarcoat it.

Of course he's not a massive loss to Serie A like Ibra and Cavani. Who are we kidding?

He played for Bari in Serie A as well, doofus.

I'll continue this later wankers. Time for dinner.
Of course. But you're claiming it's not a massive loss for a one season wonder yet we bought Leo for 15M. If you're gonna count Serie B as well, then also mention Immobile's season with Pescara under Zeman.

That may well be true, but they won't be a problem for us in another year or so. I just hate the revisionism from some people on here with regards to Immobile.
I don't know why anyone here would want him to play for us :)inter:) but to only get 9.5m out of capocannoniere is ridiculous. In any other league top scorer would be 35-40+m.. i.e. Diego Costa. Heck if he played for Napoli and they owned him they would have got 30m min for him.

Not really, but not just them. You can say Diego Costa is a one season wonder really. Marquinhos 30m etc.. 19.5m for 24yr old capocannoniere is a pittance. I personally don't think he's worth that much or 20m at most but in today's market it's daylight robbery compared to other similar transfers.

In a world where Andy Carroll goes for 50M you are right, but I just don't think this is as bad a deal as most are making out. We are getting a 10M out of a player who our coach doesn't want, and who apparently doesn't want to play for us anyway. Better than nothing, no?

End of the day you pay a premium for players who a club does not want to sell. I don't think that applies to us here, so Dortmund are paying his valuation.
:agree: and of course the prices are ridiculously inflated when the likes of PSG, Man City or Real Madrid are involved.

Well Atletico always sell their best players and they still get huge amounts and even for Costa who has had only one really good season.

Better than nothing but still too low for sure. Too bad Man City, PSG, Monaco etc didn't want him. Imagine if he has a good world cup too :sergio:
