Apparently in Spain they really didn't like this:

In Spagna criticato l'atteggiamento di Chiellini
I media in Spagna hanno punzecchiato il capitano della Nazionale italiana. A loro non è piaciuto l'atteggiamento di Chiellini che è stato criticato con queste parole: "È stato umiliante per Jordi Alba. Gli ha dato un pugno come ad un sacco di patate con l’arbitro davanti". Mentre l'ex calciatore ‘Lobo' Carrasco ha dichiarato: "Del sorriso di Chiellini non ti puoi mai fidare. Ti entra in contrasto e poi sorride. È un giocatore che sa come trarre vantaggio in situazioni di dubbio". E sui social in Spagna il difensore italiano è stato beccato malamente e parecchi tweet sono stati duri per il livornese.
The media in Spain poked at the Italian captain. They disliked Chiellini's behaviour, which they criticised with the following words: "It was humiliating for Jordi Alba. He gave him a punch as if he was a sack of potatoes, right in front of the referee". While the ex-player 'Lobo' Carrasco declared: "You can never trust Chiellini's smile. He goes in to tackle you and then smiles. He's a player who knows who to derive an advantage from uncertain situations." And on social media in Spain, the Italian defender was heavily criticized and many tweets were critical of the Livornese.
Big, nay, huge manlet energy...

They were ofc just bitter due to getting knocked out, meanwhile the rest of the world still looks at it as a funny yet very iconic moment. :D

Reminds me of the brits and England fans that kept crying about the Saka moment while everyone else sees it as a natural Chiellini moment and are laughing and doing memes with it to this day.

How why

Also should be let go if that is the case.
I’d assume that Juventus were fully aware of it, the relationship between the two clubs is also a very good one too, and tbh i don’t think he will have any active role in LAFC for now but rather just made an investment for his own portfolio and future endeavors, i still expect Chiellini to be fully focused and engaged in Juve for the foreseeable future, without any actual conflict of interest whatsoever.

However what i do hope is to see some partnerships between us and LAFC where we get to send them some of our deadwood as well as loaning them some U23 talents to perhaps raise their value there, but that might be just wishful thinking for now.

Crypto bros having a sizeable stake in the club and now club legends and directors expanding their portfolios(probably more focused on those projects) while continuing to be paid by the club

Does anyone care about this club anymore?

Is nepobaby Agnelli the only answer?
