Exactly. The point isn't that he scored 2 goals against world champions Sweden, it's the fact that he seems to be able to score against anyone. I think he's truly quality, I don't see him being a one-season wonder.

Bonera is overrated, no doubt about it. Ferrari, Mexes, Squillaci, and Rodriguez are the central defenders we need to target, and for the peeps who are gonna say that Bonera has been played at RB and not CB this season, Trabelsi, Oddo and Hinkel are much better.

We need somebody from

RB: Trabelsi, Oddo, Hinkle, P. Ferreira
RCB: Mexès, Squillaci, Ferrari
LCB: Samuel, Kroldrup

LB: less important; Evra or Parisi(not reliable defensively, only free kicks)

For the striker position it's only Gilardino. Maybe Vieri but I prefer Gilardino or both.

Bonera---Ferrara---Legrottaglie---Birindelli
+Tudor

Bonera would only be a back-up player! A young player, who still can develop! Give him a chance.

I dont think Bonera is that overrated (by who), but he is a decent young good player, which without a doubt can develop to a good/class player.

The first one was pretty easy -- more of a heads-up, oh-look-here's-the-ball-and-I'm-in-front-of-the-goal kind of thing. His second was pretty skillful, however.

The announcers couldn't stop talking about him before his goals, during his goals, and even after he left the pitch.
