I wouldn't mind ditching Olivera TBH. I know, I know :blah: Potential this, potential that... but the lad just doesn't look talented enough to be a starter for us, and most of the time when he's on the pitch his main contribution is nasty tackles and silly bookings.
Yup. At the beginning of the season I had high hopes for Olivera but he really and truly isn't good enough. Kapo seems to be a better player to me.

one of my best friends is a bayern fan, and he says that Kovac has been playing almost every game for bayern, and he has done very fine.. he even said that bayern was trying to keep him, but he wanted to change after all thoes years in germany... soo Kovac would be a fine sub.. :)

Remember guys that Kovac plays for 2. He's got Lucio wondering around everywhere except the defense. Sometimes Kovac gets confused too because he as to mark 2 players. ;)

I'm from Germany and follow the Bundesliga very much, but Kovac isn't the one who can bring us a boost, but he could be a useful sub for Canna or Thuram. But I don't hope that he will become a player who plays every game from the 1st minute..

What are you talking about. Ask that friend of yours about beginig of season when Bayern coach was forcing Linke(german). Then Bayern defence was full of holes. after few games he put Kovac back in and after that we all know what Bayern did in Bundes league. He is half of Bayer defence and that will tell you every Bayern fan. I see that everybody is talkin' about Chelski game. that was just a bad day. You'll see next season he will be standard in first 11.
BTW. Situation with Linke was one of the reasons why he wanted to leave.

P.S. Kosova vidim da imas lijep avatar. Tu malu ima pola Balkana.

Well, I don't think Kovac is going to take the place of Cannavaro, however he might be competition for Thuram, especially if the latter fouls up more like he did against Liverpool.

Nah.IMO he's still a notch below Thuram. Can't really see him challenging the starting defenders for a place, even on bad form.

same here but I always read that Moggi says he doesn't have one.....

he was born in Germany so if he doesn't have one it won't take long for him to get one right?

Yeah, he is german native. Anyways, he played good game against Bulgaria but Tudor was fantastic. Tusho played DM and it was the game like he use to play.

Promjeni to o Tudoru u Fantastic jer je bio jedan od najboljih na tetrenu.

True, I don't think we'll have any non-EU problems with Kovac.

btw who are the prominent Germans who have played for Juve in the past?

Maybe! because there is a new law in Germany. Now when you aplly for german citizenship you must leave your old one. But I think that he has one.

    I think they were.

Rueter and Kohler were solid as hell on defense.
