Not to take away anything from Kovac and Giannichedda, but why are we going for players that we can only squeeze 2, maybe 3 years from? Why didn't we go for Kuffour? We could at least get 4 years from him :confused:

How old is Kuffour? Isn't he close to 30 too? Anyways, Kovac is a better player and it's not like if we're bringing him in to strengthen the first team. He'll add necessary depth to the side, as will Giannichedda. As far as I'm concerned two quality squad players for free ain't too bad.

It seems to be practice.
And we are olso selling our young players like Miccoli and Maresca,probably Appiah.
