Depends who is outgoing. Ronaldo, Dybala, Rabiot and Ramsey could all theoretically leave this summer, and they are 4 of our top 5 or 6 earners. Losing Tek's salary as well means there is lots of room to manoeuvre.
Of course we have to replace those players, but the ones coming in don't have to be on €7m, and certainly no one would be on Ronaldo's salary, which is the same as 3 or 4 top players combined.

It's quite simple and has been said dozens of times.
Because we should sign two mids and a left back. That should be our priority. When we have that settled, then focus on something else, but for next season it should probably be replacing Ronaldo as our huge issue.
Goalkeeper is anything but a priority at this point, especially because we're talking about one where we'd spend 30-40mln plus 10-12mln on wages.

I don't object to signing Donnarumma in the sense that he is a great goalkeeper, Italian, young, and could be a key cog in the team for a dozen years. The problem is he is gonna demand MONSTER wages, after we ALREADY have a dozen players that are already pulling out way too much compared to their performances. I don't think Donnarummas effect on our game would be that much better than Szczesny's, yet he would demand higher wages. We also have Szczesny on a long contract until 2024, so we would have to in effect force him out while he probably would not have many suitors. Donnarumma would be a great opportunity in almost any season, except this. Please spend that money on midfielders and a left-back, I beg you.
20m agent cost and 10m net salary (which are more realistic numbers probably) are way too exaggerated too.
considering our current wage bill and financial climate, i'd probably skip on donnarumma. tek costs ~15m gross per season, and with proper coaching, he's been excellent. donna would cost north of 20m per year, and it's debatable who's the better of the two. i'd take musso from udinese, similar quality, much cheaper, and spend the rest on the midfield, which is really a pressing issue.
