Sure.

Let's waste more money on positions that we don't even need fixed. That makes sense. Sadly it does sound like Juve so I expect us to bid.

And no, please, spare the BS, it wouldn't be :gsol: for free :gsol:
If you can trade up by selling Szczesny and getting a better and younger Dolla 'for free', you absolutely do that. The key is selling Szczesny, I don't want any more of that terminating contracts bs from fraudatici

It's not.

Fat fuck Raiola would get a lot of cash surely. Plus Donnaruma would go on insanely high wages, no way he'd earn less than 10-13mln/season. IMO totally unnecessary movie considering so many positions that we need to fix. Just focus on priorities for once PLEASE.

Agreed that we should spend our resources and time on positions that really need improvement. Dollaruma could be a cherry on a cake if anything. We're more than good with Szczęsny.

He's one of the best keepers around and still only 30. I see no reason why would have issues selling him if we wanted. Actually I could see top sides coming in for him if he was available.

To me it's really simple. 1. We get a better player and fix a position for 12-15 years with this move 2. He's gonna be super cheap on the books for a long time since he's 'free' 3. We do Raiola a favor, setting the stage for Haaland next year 4. We don't negatively impact the rest of the mercato.

Why I say the last part? Because as we are right now, we depend on sales in pursuing midfielders (atleast ones that will improve us). We have to sell guys like AS, Dybala, Rabiot, Ramsey (and I would add Bonucci but it probably won't happen), D. Costa. And when I say sell I mean get good value for them. That's what is gonna be necessary for us to go after Gosens, Aouar and the likes. Selling Szczesny and getting Donnarumma won't prevent us in that front

I really don't see many teams wanting him, but I hope I'm wrong. But even if they are, how much money would anyone be willing to offer really?

It's where we disagree. We can't be sure until/if deal happens and if we get figures out. Didn't we pay like 40mln while getting "free" Pogba? I think we'd splash quite a lot for Donna.

I also think we won't sell both Rabiot and Ramsey. I also think we'll terminate Costa's contract.

If it plays out like you suggest, we won't get anyone noteworthy. We aren't getting Aouar without Dybala money, we aren't getting another mid without cashing in on Rabiot and Ramsey, and we sure don't get Gosens without selling AS

About the agent fee, I don't really know. It's still early

Oh I do think we can and will sell Sandro.

I don't think we even want to sell both of them. And I don't think we can get a lot of cash for those two. Selling both of them to get one mid? I doubt it.

So yeah, I don't expect us to get some big name.

So why are you against Donnarumma then? Atleast get the one name we can, if you think we can't improve the midfield

Because I believe we can sign better players for midfield rather than signing a GK. Because I'd rather sell Ramsey and add money we would otherwise spend on Donna on a mid rather than buying Donna and signing Locatelli on loan plus obligation. It's still big cash we'd spend on Donna and imo it's stupid to spend when we have shit midfield and almost a non existant LB.

What's Sczęsny's book value? I wonder what the club will do with him if the get Dollarumma. You can't keep two keepers with such wages :D
It's not just wages. Neither of them would accept to warm bench at this point. Rightfully so, honestly, both should be playing. I think Polak has at least 4-5 more years in him.

Is Mark trolling Tuz by creating this thread?

Its an obvious yes signing him out of contract (for a world class goalie whos just 21), but there are no rumours? And for a million or two more, he will leave A Milan in CL spot that were nr 1 in league for half the season? If it was Milan a year or two ago, he would run to Juve. But now, not so sure.
