Well, I copied and pasted that.

Forgetting that I had done so, I inadvertently copied and pasted that same exact quote in a file that I was underwriting.


I get an e-mail from the loan processor asking me "Who is Giuseppe Marotta, and how does this affect the updated mortgage history that you are asking for?"
