Milan have a strict policy of letting any player go if he does not want to stay. Galliani revealed this in an interview 3 years ago.

The reason why Milan are having success with it is because they have created an environment where the players do not want to leave.

If Buffon decides to leave in the summer, I'd still consider him as a Bianconeri legend. After being crowned as a world champion and the best goalkeeper in the world as well, he decided to stay in Delle Alpi and play in Serie B for Juve, that is more than enough for me to consider him a true legend, despite the fact that he may consider an exit.

I think he likes being at Juventus because the fans love him. How many goalkeepers are held in such high regard by fans? More often than not they are made scapegoats for all the team's poor play. If he moved to another club he would lose the :strong: status he enjoys at Juve.
