i would have thought after the whole transfer drama behind behind barzagli, pirlo, bonucci, giach and pepe, that people would learn to keep quiet before passing such obnoxious opinions on wether the player is going to be good or not.

if conte can make the likes of marchisio and pepe look amazing, he will make pazzini look great

I'm certain that conte will rejuvinate pazzini to his best, like with marchisio

if we sign him, in 6 months from now, people will laugh with dzeko and be glad we got pazzagol

I got a question for all of ya

If Pazzini comes, who should be sent away - Quag or Matri?

If Matri goes, that means we only have 1 CF. If Pazzini gets injured we have none.

quag offcourse, he'd be third choise in both 3-5-2 for the cf after gio and vucinic, and 4-3-3 on the left, befind the same vucinic and gio

matri on the other hand can act as a standin for pazzini in the deep position of 3-5-2 and central in 4-3-3

pazzini is an upgrade, a nice one, but thats it

star signing, only happens if someone kicks of strikermarket. if it doesnt happen, no star signing, simple as that

We might end up trading Quaq for Pazz.
Sell Matri to Milan for 12mil+the 15mil we have = 27mil.
This can allow us a bid for Jovetic clause, or 27mil+Giovinco = decent offer for Cavani.
So, dont worry, its not over yet.

And remember, the worst case scenario is not getting Pazz, its Roma wanting to offload Borriello now that they have got Destro.
Even Pazz is a hard target, since we negotiate with Inter, we might end up regretting not getting him, so the sooner we sign him, the better...

We're not getting rid of Giovinco.

It will not happen.

And 27M + Giovinco is a terrible offer on our part.

Cavani's price is over-inflated. He's a 30-35M player. Not the 50M price tag people throw around.

I pass on 27M + Gio.

I am not giving any judgement on whether he will be good or not, I just don't like Pazzini.

'Pazzini-Quagliarella swap possible’

Inter have refused to rule out the possibility of a swap deal with Juventus concerning Giampaolo Pazzini and Fabio Quagliarella.

“In these months of the transfer market, what seems impossible today can become reality tomorrow,” director general Marco Fassone noted.

“For the moment there are no negotiations taking place, but we should never rule out anything…”

Pazzini is available for transfer after being told by boss Andrea Stramaccioni that he will be the second choice striker behind Diego Milito.

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta is a big fan of the forward given that he was the man who signed him for Sampdoria.

Quagliarella, meanwhile, could leave Turin as he is not guaranteed a starting shirt in the plans of boss Antonio Conte.

Inter are rejuvenating their squad this summer and Fassone has high hopes that two of their emerging talents could shine.

“We believe in the youth project,” Fassone continued. “Philippe Coutinho is doing well and we shouldn’t forget about Juan Jesus who is at the Olympics.”

Quag Pazzini swap is not good for us but is great for Inter
Inter need a second striker and Quag coul be their man. IMO he will make them better.
As for Pazzini he will give us depth as we only have 1 true finisher who is Matri. Pazzini is at about the same level as Matri so an improvement for the side will not occure depth however will.

I dont think we will sign eigther RVP or Jovetic as we dont seem to want to spend more than 20M for a top forward and given the new situation that Bonucci might be banned we might need a new CB therefore the cash we had now has to split to one more player

Pazzini would make us better as well, since Quags is useless with Giovinco and Vucinic in our squad. We need an extra striker, even if only for depth. And Pazzini is much more of a clinical finisher than Matri.

Of course it would be dissappointing to see him as our only forward signing but the deal itself would mean an improvement of our squad.
