I'm not very familiar with the Gheddafis "though they seem like really nice people" :p

But he'd spend his father's money right?

I want his father's money :(

:pumpkin:
His fathers money is for the people of libya.....Qaddafi family were servants...he never saw money till he came to power and stole the libyans wealth....

:D am not too greedy, just a million would be great. He would be such a good sport.

and i think young ghedaffi has his own investments and companies. So "technically" its not all his father's money.
Once again its not his money ....they stole all of it from the libyan people...there just a bunch of crooked bastards.

I don't mind cash. But I think the Ghaddafi family is not exactly what you call a clean and respected representative. As long as they bring cash and don't do anything else....

Ghaddafi's money is a result of being a dictator of a country. He didn't earn it. I wont take pride in the players bought with such dirty money.

The Agnelli's personal wealth is 2.5 billion. If there serious about Juve, they will pump a little of their own cash into the club.

Its amazing that with the slightest mention of money... you "juventus" fans are willing to forget the image of our great club, willing to forget her history, her heritage... What she stands for and piss all over the agnelli family who have done so much for us for all these years....

I do not want Gheddafi to control Juventus. I can honestly say that. Sure, I get carried away when money is being mentioned, because I realise it's the most important ingredient for success in today's commercialised game, but.. at the end of they day I don't want him to become the club's second largest owner. I've thought about it and I've changed my mind. Stay the hell away Gheddafi! I'm not a schizo or anything, though I may seem one if you compare this post to my other posts in this thread, but I seriously didn't/don't believe he will turn up with an offer anyway.

The Agnellis are the lifeblood of this club and here's hoping it stays this way :pint:

Exactly .. we really don't need dirty money .. I don't care how much we need money ... we don't need bad rep ... It's just like having Fidel Castro's son investing his money here .. or even Kim Il Song's son ... all of you would tell them to F*** off ... wouldn't you now ?!?!

I truely cannot believe that anyone who has the front to call thenselves a juventus fan can sit there and question the Agnelli family...

Its an absolute disgrace...

As for this supposed 2.5 bilion worth, you really should do some research into the agnelli money... What it was, what it is and where it is.. How much is available disposable cash... etc... Do some research and you will know the money isnt there for Juve at this time... Not too mention the amount wiped off of our share value in recent months... Oh yes, thats more of the ever dwindling Agnelli money down the pan... But then i spose that doesnt count ...

But then the agnelli family has no obligation to give us money anyway... They have gone above and beyond for us for the best part of the last century, not to mention shaping us into the first and now essentially soul remaining self sufficient top level club on the planet....

But no, they dont do enough for us, they havent given enough... Get real...

What exactly are you doing for the club ? Oh yes, thats right... Nothing!!

When did i question the Agnelli family's loyality? Thats right, i didn't, u made an asumption.

2.5 billion dollar PERSONAL wealth according to forbes.com.

The Agnelli (Elkan) family of today and the 1 of the Gianni era are totally different. Gianni proved his loyality to Juve, and i never doubted that. John and Lapo cant ride on his reputation, they must also show they mean business, and based on their actions thus far, im not in love with them.

When Moggi said "If Gianni was still around, this would have never happened", to me that was a clear indication of what a bunch of pussy's are running our club atm. Gianni would have never settled for the unjust rulings, unlike John and Lapo.

Gianni proved his loyality, John and Lapo havent.

Fuck Gheddafi! I dont want his dirty money in Juventus! We are not the type of club that is to be controled by a forign dictator. Think of what he will do to us? we already have enough problems to deal with at the moment and we do not need anymore.

Ghaddafi said he is not going to take the controlling share of Juventus. That means Agnelli's still control Juve.

About the cash, Ghaddafi investing doesn't always mean that Juve will get cash from it. There are 3 possiblities:
First, Ghaddafi will buy Juve's share from stock market. This means Juve doesn't get anything from it except the change in ownership from public to Ghaddafi's.

Second, Ghaddafi will buy Agnelli's Juve stock. This also means that Juve will not get cash from this transaction. Only ownership changing from Agnelli's to Ghaddafi,s. This second possibilities that we don't want to happend IMO.

Third, Juventus (on Agnelli's decision) issues more outstanding stock and sell it to Ghaddafi. This means Juve will get some cash. The problem is Ghaddafi share on Juve will increase and Agnelli share will decrease. If then Ghaddafi also buy the stock from public (but this is not easy, because stockholder will increase the price if they know Ghaddafi interested on it), Ghaddafi share will become very significant in Juventus. Juve might have 2 big ownership and also 2 different of thought. This is potentially can become a really big problem for Juve.

I just hope Agnelli will still control Juve and Ghaddafi will only become an nvestor and inject the cash that we need.
