actually, they have 3 wins in the 2nd half of the season, one win was in December, i thought they played the 1st fixture of the 2nd half then, but i was wrong. but regardless, 3 games, 3 wins is excellent.
Robin Dutt, he went Freiburg ---> Leverkusen----->Bremen--->fired
Skripnik was a Werder player and after retirement he became a youth coach. So Bremen is his first real trainer job and he brought lots of prospects which seems to work out fine.
Werder have always been my team in BuLi- I was concernedd with their early season record, but they seem to have turned their fortunes around in the last few games.
What Skripnik has done is simply a miracle. There was no hope, nothing..and now they play a decent ball and finally the youngsters r given chances. Now it clicks and even players like Fritz r doing their part and being useful..crazy story that is and I love it, cos I have a close connection to Bremen.
Dutt was a joke and did an awful job..tough to find a more incompetent manager..congrats Stuttgart BTW.
i like Werder, still remember 2003/04 and how they beat Bayern 3-0 in Munchen and won the title. Ailton hope they can keep this up and reach the CL/EL places soon
