Holy shit, for the GOT fans, House of dragon season 2 episode 4 is one of the best episodes ever for tv. What a huge horrifying spectacle. Felt like an epic series final and not just a mid season episode.

I have seen 4 episodes. It's quite good.
Really? Because I have extremely bored so far and been thinking to stop watching.

It's alright series in overall. Not that special besides building on the GOT world. I'm not talking about the series in general, but latest episode specifically.

The level of detail and insane tv production havoc that occurred in episode 4 of season 2 is peak level tv, better then alot of the best episodes in GOT.

Watched it.

Naaaah still a very boring series. The story is shallow and predictable. Of course I know what you mean about the episode but it is still very flat.

I don't think episode 4 was even the best episode of this season.

40mins of it was filler that had some terrible acting (mainly from the dude that plays the sea snake ). The scenes with Daemon were incredibly boring and cliche. Then we had 15 mins of generic action that included a strong female character doing her best to show us how incredibly brave women are.

I'm getting bored of this conflict already and the show doesn't have any characters that demand your attention.

Game of thrones had multiple characters that stole every scene they were in and and would leave you hanging on every word. Multiple inter-twining story lines that had us gripped. This just feels so watered down in comparison.

It's still my favorite show on TV at the minute though.

Oh yeah that was pretty good. But the dragons going at it big time in a way that beats Hollywood productions, was pretty awesome to watch.

HBO TV shows are up their with the best of anything Hollywood is producing.

Game of thrones was next level. I was lucky enough to spend time on some of the sets and they were absolutely insane for a TV show.

I've one question about episode 4:
Do you think Aemond killed his brother intentionally?

100% he did. Without seconds hesitation. They showed us Aegon tormenting Aemond in the brothel same episode just for that reason. Remind us how it's been a life time of most in the family doing that to Aemond since childhood.

Yea true. I just thought if they were to go down that road then there would of been even more of a build up or a more personal scene.

Looking forward to seeing the aftermath. I'm glad they are only releasing one episode a week. I definitely enjoy TV better this way.

As someone who read the books I wanna answer that question but I'll keep my mouth shut not to spoil anything

Also, for those who don't know, they've already started filming another series in Westeros universe called A knight of the seven kingdoms, based on the Dunk and Egg books. It's a cool story that isn't about the Iron Throne and who's going to sit on it. It focuses more on smallfolk perspective on things.

10,000 Ships spinoff gets talked about a lot too. There's lots of material.

i loved most of the boys' first 3 seasons

the majority of season 4 was meh though. illogical character development (gay frenchie wtf?), fart smelling woke - anti woke tension, terrible acting by ryan, etc), slow screenplays for most episodes, mostly forced shocking scenes, you name it. but the season finale lived up to the first 3 seasons. there's good chance of a decent final season
